My background involves managing emergency preparedness and recovery efforts after natural disasters, vaccine management and distribution during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the coordination of multiple hospitals’ oxygen supplies. With a full understanding of compliance and project management, I have overseen buildout projects of urgent care and medical clinic facilities. Thoughtful and Compassionate Leadership
Leadership and team building have always been my passion. Growing up on a working farm, I participated in 4-H, team sports, championship equestrian competitions, and student government association. Eventually, I became a Master of Strategic Leadership. Throughout my life, I have been either led or leading. I have always been inspired by the synergy and the outcomes possible when a team excels through collective motivation. I am also intrigued by less desirable outcomes and feel compelled to make a change among teams that are struggling and not in sync.
