As the Founder and CEO of East Consulting, I’ve developed a lean, effective advisory framework that helps small medical practices and businesses operate smarter, stronger, and with far less stress. With a diverse and comprehensive skill set that encompasses financial, medical, and logistical management, I offer tailored solutions to address the unique challenges faced by smaller organizations providing expertise and support in the areas of medical credentialing, enrollments, licensing, compliance, finance, administration, and logistics.
Throughout my 35‑year career, I’ve refined a leadership style grounded in disciplined execution, strategic clarity, and the ability to elevate small organizations beyond their limitations. My work has consistently focused on aligning teams with organizational goals, strengthening engagement, and driving meaningful productivity—even in environments with limited resources or geographic isolation.
Navigating underserved and remote settings has taught me how to maximize efficiency, innovate under pressure, and build systems that allow small organizations to thrive despite constraints. These experiences continue to shape how I lead, support, and empower teams to operate with confidence, resilience, and purpose.
Experienced in medical practice management, financial oversight, and crisis‑level logistics, I work well in environments that demand precision, discretion, and absolute trust. From clinic startups, restructuring, and buildouts to disaster recovery, COVID‑19 vaccine distribution and hospital oxygen coordination, I’ve managed complex, sensitive operations with proven reliability.
I provide cost‑saving support in credentialing, licensing, compliance, finance, and process planning – giving small enterprises access to high‑level expertise without the overhead.
REACH™ FOR EXCELLENCE
Leadership and team building have always been my passion. Growing up on a working farm, I participated in 4-H, team sports, championship equestrian competitions, and student government association. Eventually, I became a Master of Strategic Leadership. Throughout my life, I have been either led or leading. I have always been inspired by the synergy and the outcomes possible when a team excels through collective motivation. I am also intrigued by less desirable outcomes and feel compelled to make a change among teams that are struggling and not in sync.
In today’s rapidly evolving workforce, leaders are increasingly required to navigate complex and dynamic environments with thoughtfulness and compassion. The traditional command-and-control leadership style is yielding to a more empathetic and inclusive approach, where understanding and addressing the diverse needs of employees is paramount.
I created REACH™ for Excellence as it reflects the core of my leadership style—rooted in respect, empathy, accountability, communication, and honor—and reinforces the shared responsibility every leader and employee carries. I believe how we show up is a direct expression of our self‑respect and our commitment to the organization and to one another. Leaders set the tone by creating a culture of trust and psychological safety, where people feel valued, heard, and empowered to contribute. Employees, in turn, uphold that culture through professionalism, personal accountability, and a willingness to engage with integrity.
I welcome meaningful conversations about the REACH™ for Excellence theory, whether one‑on‑one, in a panel setting, as a keynote discussion, or through the development of a customized team training experience. It’s a framework designed to be lived, explored, and applied, and I’m always open to spaces where leaders and teams want to deepen their understanding and elevate how they show up.
